CASE 1: Network Signal is Present, but No Internet
Solution
Manually configure the APN settings. Follow the appropriate APN settings below, depending on your phone model.
There are two APN settings available, depending on your smartphone model. Ensure that each letter of the APN is entered correctly.
Here is the APN setting for 4G smartphones that do not support 5G.

How to configure APN?
1.
Open Settings > Sim Manager > Choose your Japan Unlimited eSIM > Tap Access Point Names

Tap the "+" sign or ADD new APN

Enter the correct details for APN settings > Tap Save

4.
Make sure to use the NEW APN.

iPhone / IOS

In your phone's Settings, go to Cellular

Select the your eSIM Plan

Tap "Cellular Data Network"

Configure the APN (Get the APN settings or information yo your provider)
Android
Google Pixel

Open Settings and go to Network Settings or Connections

Tap Mobile Network
-
Tap the eSIM plan, then go to Access Point Names
-
Tap Menu, then tap New APN
-
Configure the APN (Get the APN settings or information yo your provider)

Tap Save and Return to the previous screen and select the new APN.

Go to "Settings" and Tap "Network & Internet" > Select "Network & Internet."

Select "SIMs"> and choose your eSIM Plan

Open "Access Point Names"> Tap “Access Point Names (APN)”.

Add a New APN: Tap "+" or "Add"> Configure the APN (Get the APN settings or information yo your provider)

Save and Select APN: Tap the three dots (top right) and choose “Save.” Select the new APN from the list.
